At the New York Restaurant Show (March 8–10, Javits Center, NYC), we showcased how robotics is helping transform operations across restaurants and hospitality environments.

Throughout the three-day event, visitors had the opportunity to experience live demonstrations of several robots designed to support different aspects of service and operations. The booth featured ZOX CarryX, a service robot that assists staff with delivering food and beverages; ZOX SocialBot, designed to interact with guests and create engaging experiences; ZOX Promoter, an interactive robot that helps businesses showcase promotions and information; and ZOX CleanBot, built to support cleaning and sanitation in high-traffic environments.

Each robot is equipped with advanced technology that allows it to operate efficiently in dynamic spaces. Using AI-powered navigation, multi-sensor obstacle detection, and intelligent route mapping, the robots can safely move through busy environments while maintaining smooth and reliable operations. Integrated touchscreens and interactive features also allow businesses to use the robots for customer engagement, brand promotion, and operational support.

The live demos quickly became a highlight for attendees. Many visitors stopped by to watch the robots in action, take photos, and learn how robotics can help address real operational challenges such as improving efficiency, supporting staff, and enhancing the guest experience.

Events like this provide an opportunity to connect directly with restaurant operators, hospitality professionals, and business owners exploring new ways to modernize their operations. The conversations throughout the show reinforced the growing interest in practical robotics solutions that can easily integrate into existing service environments.

We look forward to seeing everyone again at a future event and continuing to bring innovative robotics technology to new businesses and industries.
